Reporting directly to the Site Manager, and working closely with the Production Manager, your role will be to manage the methods, quality and environment team. Our company designs, manufactures and markets carrying accessories for commercial vehicles. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians and supervise their studies, working on the creation of new products and the improvement of manufacturing processes. Activities Putting together and leading the team: design engineer, project managers, draughtsmen, methods technicians, industrialisation manager, etc; Studying the technical and economic feasibility of projects Design product developments Distribute the work according to each person's expertise and workload Manage any sub-contracting: draw up invitations to tender, select partners, etc. Optimise the resources to be deployed, work organisation and manufacturing lead times Drawing up the costs and manufacturing plans for the works to be built upstream of the projects Liaise with the Production and Purchasing departments, etc. Take charge of all quality improvement actions arising from the quality system, quantify them and implement the resulting action plans, Design solutions to optimise production quality Check the quality of subcontractors' services Ensure compliance of finished products (specifications, standards, etc.) Implement the environmental management system in accordance with the iso 14001 standard Monitor regulations and standards and represent management in dealings with authorities in these areas. Skills Proficiency in project management software, CAPM and 3D design software (Solidworks) is desirable, Technical skills required by the company: steel and aluminium welding, robotic tools, logistics and technical packaging, 2D and 3D design and simulation. Je bent aan het werk in de ochtend of vangt de bewoners weer op als ze klaar zijn met dagbesteding en begeleid ze in de avonduren. Je betrekt ze bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de huishoudelijke taken op de woning. Wij gaan uit van het samen 100 principe. Je vult de bewoner aan zodat je samen op 100% komt. Als ondersteunend begeleider bij ASVZ hoef je geen ervaring te hebben in de zorg! Misschien kom je net van school of werk je al jaren in een andere sector maar wil graag de overstap maken naar de zorg. Bij ons ondersteun je bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking bij hun dagelijks leven. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij het gewone leven ervaren. Ben jij er klaar voor om ons te komen versterken? Werkplek 'S Gravenweg woning 4 is een locatie dat ligt aan de rand van Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel, op het terrein zijn 4 woningen en een dagbesteding gevestigd. In deze woning wonen 7 cliënten (6 heren en 1 dame) die wat ouder worden tussen de 36 en 59 jaar oud. De cliënten hebben een lichte verstandelijke beperking met een intensieve hulp/zorgvraag. Als ondersteunend begeleider beschik je over een flinke dosis geduld, inlevings- en doorzettingsvermogen. Heb je al wat ervaring binnen intensieve zorg en werken met Triple-C dan is dat zeer welkom. Herken jij jezelf in een actief iemand zijn, neem je initiatief , ben je creatief in het handelen en bedenken van oplossingen en sta je stevig in je schoenen, en ben je flexibel dan zoeken we jou! Ons team bestaat momenteel uit 7 collega’s. Doelgroepomschrijving Binnen de intensieve zorg wonen 7 bewoners met een intensieve zorgvraag (VG7). De intensieve woonvormen zijn er voor kinderen, jongvolwassenen en ouderen met een licht, matig of ernstig verstandelijke beperking. Binnen ASVZ richten wij ons niet op het beheersen en voorkomen van probleemgedrag, maar op het voorleven en bevorderen van het gewone leven. Als je niet de stoornis, maar menswaardigheid als uitgangspunt neemt, ga je anders kijken naar probleemgedrag en geef je het een andere betekenis. Wanneer de focus van het probleemgedrag af is, verdwijnt dit gedrag naar de achtergrond. Door deze onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuning in combinatie met een zinvol gevuld dagprogramma zie je dat de kwaliteit van het bestaan toeneemt. De uitdaging binnen de intensieve zorg ligt dan ook in het op zoek gaan naar de onvervulde menselijke behoefte achter het probleemgedrag. LVB (Licht verstandelijke beperking) In een LVB-woning wonen zeven tot acht bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking. Net als jij willen deze mensen ‘een gewoon leven’. Met alles wat daarbij hoort: een fijne plek om te wonen, sociale contacten, betekenisvol werk en de ruimte om zelf keuzes te maken. Dit alles is voor mensen met een beperking niet vanzelfsprekend. Daarom ondersteun jij ze daarbij. Je zorgt dat bewoners zich veilig voelen. Samen bouw je aan succeservaringen op de verschillende leefgebieden. Zo vergroot je hun (zelf)vertrouwen, zodat ze zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen leven. Je kijkt waar ze tegenaan lopen en gaat met ze in gesprek over moeilijke onderwerpen, zoals drank, drugs en social media. Als begeleider van mensen met een LVB is het belangrijk dat je rust en vertrouwen uitstraalt. De bewoners zijn vaak verbaal sterk. De kunst is om achter hun gedrag te kijken. Dan zie je dat ze vaak een laag zelfbeeld en weinig zelfvertrouwen hebben. En daar kun je samen werk van maken! Overige taken Je leert bewoners begeleiden op een manier die aansluit bij hun behoeften. Je hebt elke maand een teamoverleg, waarin je meedenkt over de plannen voor cliënten. Je wordt aangestuurd door een teamleider en krijgt aanwijzingen van (persoonlijk) begeleiders. Wie zoeken we? Als ondersteunend begeleider wil je jezelf ontwikkelen!
